General Provisions

These terms ("Agreement") form a legally binding agreement between 99db ("Platform", "we", "us") and the person using the platform ("User", "you"). This website is operated with the purpose of providing a safe and entertaining online gaming experience for Bangladeshi players.

Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

2.2 Eligibility Requirements

2.3 Registration Process

Account Management

3.1 One Person — One Account

Each person may hold only one account. If the same person or members of the same household operate multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed and bonuses may be forfeited. If 99db determines at any time that multiple accounts are being operated by the same person, immediate action will be taken.

3.2 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details confidential. Do not share your password with anyone. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately.

• Use a strong password — a combination of letters, numbers, and special characters.
• Avoid logging in on public devices or Wi-Fi.
• Do not leave your device without logging out.

3.3 Account Suspension & Closure

99db reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close your account in the following circumstances:

• Any violation of the terms and conditions.
• Evidence of fraud or dishonest conduct.
• Money laundering or suspicious financial transactions.
• Providing false information regarding age or identity.
• At your own request.

Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount at 99db is ৳300. We currently accept the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and other major banks). All payments will be made in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT/৳).

You may only deposit from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Successful withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.

4.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

To ensure financial security, 99db may at any time request the following documents to verify your identity:

• A copy of your National ID (NID) or passport.
• A recent utility bill or bank statement.
• Proof of ownership of the payment method.

If documents are not submitted, withdrawals may be temporarily suspended.

Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

99db offers an attractive welcome bonus for new members — a 200% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example, if you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive a ৳2,000 bonus and your total balance will be ৳3,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — to become eligible for withdrawal, you must wager 25 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit amount.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• Each account is eligible to receive the welcome bonus only once.
• The bonus applies to the first deposit only.
• After claiming a bonus, the wagering requirement must be met before the deposit amount can be withdrawn.
• In the case of suspicious or fraudulent bonus claims, the bonus will be forfeited.
• Taking advantage of bonuses through multiple accounts is prohibited.
• 99db reserves the right to modify or cancel bonus offers at any time.

5.4 VIP Program

99db operates a special VIP program for regular players. This program is divided into four tiers, and you will be promoted to a higher tier based on the volume and regularity of your play:

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.

Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play
